Questions before purchasing
The City-Adventure Ibiza is a tour that runs via an application on your smartphone. This application takes you on a tour of Ibiza Town and Dalt Vila. Questions and assignments can then be completed in various places.
Our experience shows that this tour takes approximately 3 hours
Click on ´to reserve´ in the next screen to order the City-Adventure Ibiza. You will receive confirmation from us including payment link. Once payment has been made, we will send a Getting Started Guide by WhatsApp and the link to download the application and the tour by SMS.
Questions before the start
You will receive a link via SMS. With this you download the application and the tour. Please note: only start the interactive tour at the starting location. You do this by clicking on the application in your smartphone and then pressing Continue.
Yes, that is possible and we recommend it. When you start the tour from the starting location, click the application on your smartphone (green M) and click Continue to start.
Search for the application with the green M in your smartphone. Click it open and then click Continue
Questions during the tour
Enlarge the screen with your fingers to find the moving icon.
Zoom in a little more with your fingers in the Smartphone and you will see that the icon is slightly further away than expected.
Swipe away the tour and go back to the application (green M) in your smartphone. Click here and the tour will start at the location where you left off.

That depends on the smartphone. GPS remains active during the tour, hence the battery is in use. To be on the safe side, take a charging cable with you.
